Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Duration:
1 hour
$135.00
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a quiet, rhythmic style of bodywork that invites your whole system to exhale. If you feel puffy, heavy, or slow to recover after illness, travel, or surgery (with your doctor's approval), this gentle approach may be very supportive.
During your 60‑minute session, we use a precise, feather-light touch to follow the natural pathways of your lymphatic system. These waves of motion help encourage lymph flow, reduce fluid congestion and swelling, and assist your body's own cleansing and immune functions. Many clients describe feeling lighter, more relaxed, and more comfortable in their skin afterward.
Because the body is an interconnected web, we may weave in elements of Lymphatic Drainage Massage and specific Manual Therapy where appropriate. That might look like subtle soft-tissue work around restricted areas, careful attention to scars or tight bands of fascia, or simple positioning that lets your muscles fully release without strain.
This work is not about force; it is about listening to the tissues and inviting them to move again. It can be a gentle companion to detox programs, recovery plans, or times of chronic stress when your body feels "stuck."
Before your first session, we review your health history, medications, and any recent procedures to be sure lymphatic work is a good fit and to choose the most supportive approach for you. You remain comfortably draped at all times, and we encourage plenty of water and rest afterward to honor the quiet shifts taking place.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage can be booked as a stand-alone session or combined over time with other therapies to support ongoing wellness and subtle, steady recovery.
